Large crayfish (american) lurking in the ranunculus. A single stonefly nymph found upstream later in day - unfortunately not in 3 minute sample.

Water Temp 11.5

PH 7.5

Rather low in cased caddis probably due to time available to count - the goerida are rather small and easy to miss.

Water Temp 13C

Large numbers of heptageniidae and baetis as well as gammarus. A few hoglouse and damsels.

Water Temp 4.5C
